1. Product Availability & Pricing
a . All products shown on our site are subject to stock availability.
b . We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, or product variants at any time, without prior notice.
c . Photographs and images on the site are for illustrative purposes; the delivered items may vary slightly in colour, shape, or size.

2. Orders & Confirmation
a . When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. That serves as acknowledgment, not necessarily acceptance.
b . We may contact you to verify details (delivery address, contact number, etc.) before dispatch.
c . If we are unable to fulfill your order (due to stock-out, logistic constraints, etc.), we will inform you at the earliest and either cancel it or offer alternatives.

3. Delivery & Timeframes
a . We aim to deliver within the time window shown at checkout.
b . Orders placed beyond the cut-off time (e.g. after evening hours) may be scheduled for next available delivery slot.
c . Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or uncontrollable factors do not make us liable for penalties or refunds beyond the affected item(s).
d . You are requested to check the contents on delivery and inform the delivery agent immediately if there is any discrepancy.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
a . If any product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you may request replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
b . Partially consumed or perishable items (e.g. cut fruits) may not be eligible for return, unless clearly defective.
c. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment mode you used during purchase (e.g. wallet balance, bank transfer, etc.).
d . Any cost of returning items (where return is accepted) may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Payment Methods
a . We support the payment options listed at checkout (e.g. net banking, UPI, debit/credit cards, wallet, or Cash on Delivery (COD)).
b . If COD is chosen and payment fails (e.g. wrong change, refusal), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Cancellation & Modification
a . You may cancel or modify your order within a short window before it is processed (e.g. before packing).
b . Once the order is dispatched or picked up by a delivery agent, cancellations or changes may not be allowed.
c . If cancellation is accepted, refunds (if due) will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
