About these terms

These terms apply when you use greeenbasket.com and place orders with Sonkar Fresh Foods Private Limited (“Greeen Basket”, “we”). By ordering you agree to them.

Orders

The minimum order value is ₹300. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the details are wrong, and we will tell you.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices follow the mandi rate and can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking through our payment gateway.

Delivery

We deliver in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur. You choose a delivery slot between 6 am and 10 pm at checkout. Please keep someone available to receive the order. If we cannot reach you we will contact you to arrange another time.

Weights and freshness

Produce is weighed by hand and may differ by a few grams. Size, shape and colour vary naturally. If something is not fresh, our replacement policy applies.

Subscriptions and wholesale

Subscription and wholesale requests are confirmed by our team. Their prices, slots and invoicing are agreed with you in writing, for example on WhatsApp or email.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content or design without our permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to supply safe, fresh produce. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
